CAWD Houses

Pre-fabricated ADC & EAC houses in the interiors of 14 districts of Nagaland, designed considering the remote location and difficult terrain for transportation of pre-fabricated structures and wall panels.

Touphema Multi-purpose Hall

A 22,000 sqft built-up area pre-engineered building (PEB) multi-purpose hall with PEB elevated seating gallery like in stadiums, with mezzanine floors for seating accessibility, reception area, shops and various amenities.

Chumukedima MultI-purpose Hall

A 10,500 sqft pre-engineered building (PEB) multi-purpose hall with sports flooring.

Multi-purpose Hall at Merima, Zakhama, Mokokchung

A 7,500 sqft pre-engineered building (PEB) multi-purpose hall with SAI approved sports flooring and sports lighting for better illumination to play different sports and premium roofing and slide sheeting.

CMRC Kohima Indoor
Stadium

A 3,000 sqft pre-engineered building (PEB) indoor stadium with Maplewood sport flooring and sports lighting for better illumination to play different sports, with toilet and lounge with better facility for the users.

Showroom at Jagiroad,

Construction of 25,000 sqft area. G+1 showroom cum experience centre along with warehouse at Jagiroad. The entire construction will be done in pre-engineered building (PEB) mode with PEB weight of around 125 MT.

Badminton Shed project at Lemphel, Imphal

Our newly completed Badminton Shed in Lemphel, Imphal spans 7.5m x 27m with a 25ft height, ensuring spacious play and proper ventilation. Equipped with 6 roof turbines and efficient rainwater drainage, it was delivered within just 2 months—blending durability, comfort, and timely execution.

We executed a project to build 22 stainless steel bus shelters in Mendipathar, Meghalaya using 304-grade steel for lasting durability. Featuring blue reflective glass backs and diamond-cut polycarbonate roofs, the shelters combine strength, style, and weather resistance—showcasing our commitment to quality public infrastructure.

Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi Railing project at Courtyard by Marriott, Shillong, Meghalaya

We fabricated and installed 316-grade stainless steel railings at Courtyard by Marriott, Shillong—chosen for its superior corrosion resistance in high-moisture areas. Designed for the pool and Jacuzzi zones, the railings offer lasting durability and a sleek, modern finish that complements the luxury setting.

Stainless Steel Spiral Staircases at Assam Minister Colony,

We proudly designed and fabricated two 304-grade stainless steel spiral staircases at Assam Minister’s Colony, Guwahati, for the residences of Hon’ble CM Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma and Finance Minister Smt. Ajanta Neog. These space-saving, modern staircases showcase our commitment to durability, precision, and high-end craftsmanship.

Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment Fabrication at Hotel Vivor & Hotel Noune, Nagaland

We executed complete stainless steel kitchen fabrication for Hotel Vivor and Hotel Noune in Nagaland, including custom-built 304 Grade equipment like working tables, sink tables, storage units, trolleys, and racks. Designed for durability, hygiene, and space efficiency, each installation ensured optimal performance in commercial kitchen environments.

We successfully fabricated and installed 304-grade stainless steel railings at the Cultural Hall in Kohima, Nagaland CM House. Known for its durability and clean finish, the design complements the hall’s cultural aesthetics while enhancing safety and visual appeal for state-level events.
